Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped and is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to receive the product after it has been dispatched, you may simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Alternatively, you can accept the parcel and initiate a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by Stylessagess

While we strive to fulfill every order, Stylessagess reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Unavailability of the product or stock issues
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided

If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method immediately.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: For orders cancelled prior to dispatch, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD Orders: If a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled, no refund is required as no payment was made.
