Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Received a defective or damaged product
- Received an incorrect item
- Size issue (only if exchange is available)
Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Item should be in the same condition as received
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during sale/clearance (if mentioned)
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Items without original packaging or tags
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Only size or defect-based exchanges are allowed
- Exchange process will be initiated after product inspection
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality check
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available in your area)
- In case reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product
- Shipping charges may be applicable depending on the case
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Damaged or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear images/videos for quick resolution.
